Unreal tournament

Hi all ive been playing unreal tournament for 7 months now on windows 98 good conections are not availiable to me in my area so im stuck on 56k if i went to the trouble to installing it on Redhat 7.2 would i notice anything better like lesser packet loss or a lower ping? i have a Diamond supra express PROe modem

I believe there is only one way to find out for sure.

try it

there are some tweeks that will help dialup. you should play around with the tcp window size and mtu to try and get it better
