Uninstalling libranet and grub

ok i'm running a thinkpad a30 and i've both libranet and win2k installed. I want to uninstall libranet and install redhat 9. I've tried installing hat9 and just replacing all linux partions, the only problem is grub messes up (error 22- i think) I don't have a floppy disk so i can't use fdisk. I only have on hd in the comp. I would love help solving this problem.

Thanks a lot.

ps i have partition magic 6, and next to no understanding of linux

If you just want to delete your partitions, and don't have a floppy drive, try something like http://trinityhome.org/trk/. Boot that, and use linux's fdisk to blow out the partitions. Be aware that with fdisk you *can* delete everything on your laptop, so use with care.
