Unicode

Hello...
Hope that you are having a nice day and sorry for any inconvenience, just I'm still new in Linux and I want to know if there any software which I should install it in my system to be able to use UNICODE, since I'm using a c++ compiled script which send SMS messages to mobile using xml it's working well in English Language but when I try another language the SMS appear to be unreadable, so just if you can help me find the solution to let my Linux system accept UNICODE.

have a nice day.....

All modern linux distro accept Unicode. I can type some unicode character here if you want.

What distro are you using ?
