Unable To boot again in EL5

Hi Guys

I just install windows 7 into my PC , after the installation , when i try to boot into Redhat Enterprise Linux 5, i got the following error

root (hd0,3)
filesystem type unknown, partition type 0xf
kernel /xen.gz-2/6.18.....

error 17 : cannot mount the selected partition

press anykey to continue


i already install the grub , but doesnt help me out , plz any one of u know , how to solve out this problem then plz help me .

it is a very well known issue that MS removes grub as the bootloader .Reinstall grub to the MBR
