Smile "TUX" Legal issue

Hi there,

Maybe this is a dumb question but here goes...

We are starting a OOS devision in the Company I work for and I want to design a new logo.

Are there any legal restraints on using a picture of "TUX" (The Linux Mascot) in my logo? Does someone own it?

I think you can use Tux as you want, as long as you inform Larry Ewing for this.
