Triple boot

Hi all!!

I wanna ask you something..

I have an acer aspire 9110 laptop. I will install on it MAC , Win7 and ubuntu.

So i have install successfully MACOSx86 on it and when i restart the system... gave me back this error :

Quote:

boot0 mbr
boot0 done
boot1 error
I think that the problem is in the boot loader..

Now i m gonna install the windows 7 in an other partition and in the end i ll install ubuntu linux in a third one.

If i configure the /boot/grub/menu.lst file adding this :

Quote:

title Mac OS X (Tiger)
root (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
will the macos boot normally or not ? Have you any idea on this ?

Thanks a lot ..!

I normally use 'rootnoverify' for windows. You may try it if what you have mentioned doesn't work.

Have you installed OS X successfully in the first place? I guess it is made to work only with apple hardware (inspite of it being now based on x86 architecture). I heard they put some software lock at chip level.
