The log file should tell you what happened. If it appears to be transient network errors you could increase timeout settings (for example replace "-t 1" with say "-t 3 --timeout=300 --waitretry=300": see 'man wget'), else restarting wget (add "-c" to the command line) should restart the process from where it left off if the remote HTTP server understands partial transfers.

i' ve just successfully completed transfering the files from Mozy to my HostGator space.

Thanks so much UnSpawn, the commands and tricks you gave me really helped. Thanks very much.
