Find the RPMs containing the files libcrypto.so.0 and libssl.so.0 and install them too.

Like dorward said, you need to install those dependencies first, before installing Licq.

Best place to search is:

rpmfind.net

Just go there, and put the name of the dependency in the text box, and it will give you a list of rpms, that contain the file.

What are you talking about? I did a search on rpmfind and here is what I found:

1) libcrypto:

http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/se...libcrypto.so.0

2) libssl.so.0
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/se...&system=&arch=

They seem to be both part of the same package, which is openssl.

Why the heck are you even trying to install Licq when you can get GAIM which you can use to log into MSN, AIM, ICQ, IRC, ALL at the same time?? Get it now, rpm installs like a breeze, and it's a great instant message program!!!
