/tmp cleanup

What needs to be done to clean out /tmp on each reboot? Its been too long since I had to set this up.....

I added this in my shutdown script, which in Slackware is /etc/rc.d/rc.0, before it unmounts swap and local filesystems:

/usr/bin/rm -R /tmp/* ; /usr/bin/rm -R /var/tmp/*
