time problem


ok i have suse 9.0 install on my toshiba laptop with windows XP on multi-boot and i have some big problem with the time...... didn't have problem at all with suse 8.2

i have try and done everything i could......

my xp is set on local time and my suse on local time too has it should be: here's my problem

when i work in windows no problem with my clock at all...... even if a reboot and stay on windows.......but if i go in linux it fuck up my clock..... (couple hours or day late or advance) and even if i reconfigure my clock....i can see that is lose time on the real time (i don't have this problem on windows so it's not my bios that is fucked up) so i don't know what to do here........

Have you tried hwclock -systohc? This will sync linux w/your bios clock.

how do i do this........ with yats only local time and utc are available

ok i got it........ but for the problem with linux changing my time on boot.......
