Photo Backup?

Hi!

I have thousands and thousands of photos from my digital camera that I have collected over the years, but they are starting to take up too much space. So I want to know if anyone knows of software that I can dump a directory of files on, and it will write the first 700MB worth of files, and then prompt you to insert the next CD and so on?

I really want to avoid having to do it manually.

Thanks a lot!

The mkisofs switch -volset-size may be useful... I only skipped through the man pages quickly, so there may be more useful options yet Good luck.

Hi. Thanks for the reply..

From the manpage

Code:
-volset-size #
Sets the volume set size to #. The volume set size
is the number of CD's that are in a CD set. The
-volset-size option may be used to create CD's that
are part of e.g. a Operation System installation
set of CD's. The option -volset-size must be spec-
ified before -volset-seqno on each command line.
I'm not entirely sure how this will work? Could you please explain it to me?

Thanks
RefriedBean
