"There is no ebuild to satisy"

Im trying to install Gentoo on a PC P4..

And after doing

1. cp -L /etc/resolv.conf /mnt/gentoo/etc
2. chroot /mnt/gentoo /bin/bash
3. env-update
4. source /etc/profile
5. emerge sync
6. ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Stockholm /etc/localtime
7. emerge gentoo-dev-sources

After this i get the error message:

There are no ebuilds to satisy "gentoo-dev-sources"

What should i do ?

This may be because gentoo-dev-sources has now become gentoo-sources since gentoo now uses 2.6 kernels by default after 2005.0. Try 'emerge gentoo-sources'.

What stage are you installing from?

Probably not, unless you merge some package that needs kernel sources ( like nvidia-kernel or alsa-driver ), but if you make a symbolic link at /usr/src/linux that points to your kernel source they should still work.

Did 'emerge gentoo-sources' work?
