Question The best distro for uptime - what can happaen to worst?

I mean, some people say: if you need an uptime, use this or this... But if I use really unstable distro, how will it decrease an uptime? What will happen to the PC? Will it hang up? When I use unstable distro I face software bugs, but I don't remeber that I had problems with uptime. So what might happen?

It will either crash, or require a reboot to get working properly again (or to complete a large security/stability fix, like replacing the kernel).
