Can i install a linux terminal in windows ? Where can i find it , i only want a terminal . thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. Do you mean a terminal so you can connect to a linux machine from a windows one remotely?

If so, any telnet windows client can do it to a linux box providing telnet access, or if you are running SSH you can use PuTTY. PuTTY can also do telnet'ing so definitely worth getting.

i'd presme you actually just want a bash prompt in a box?? look for CygWin.

If you are just looking for a better terminal program for windoze (since the M$ supplied one sucks rocks), go download QVTerm from http://www.download.com ... It works a heck of a lot better.
