Tab key function on tcsh shell and redhat 8.0

I have installled redhat 8.0 with the kernel version 2.4.20 completely.
When i am using bash shell, the tab key is function is fine
[/] [05:40:15]
root@lnx1762-005> an<Tab>

[/] [05:40:15]
root@lnx1762-005> an
anaconda anacron animate anno antlr anytopnm

it able show out the available command after i press the tab key.

BUT, most of our application need to run under tcsh shell and csh.
So i set the tcsh shell as a default login shell for each user.

BUT, all of the user not able to use the tab key feature as they are using bash shell. Do anyone know about this problem.

Thank you very much

Jeff
