system properties configuration gui listing

Advance apologies for the newbie question, I couldnt find anything in the Bible. I am running RedHat 9, and I would like to know if there is a GUI that will tell me my System Properties. For example...

CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2100+ 1.73 GHz
Memory: 640 MB
HDD: Maxtor XNXNXNNX 40GB

and possibly

whats installed in the PCI slots, what are my I/O connections (USB,FW,COM,PS2,DVI,...)

Cheers..

Most of this can be found in your /proc directory.

Like cat /proc/cpuinfo will print out your cpuinformation..

Other commands like lspci will display your PCI devices, etc.

if your running kde, i know that you can go to the control panel, configuration one, not the red hat one. and then look in the information area for what your looking for.

cheers.

I predominantly use GNOME, but I found the Control Center in KDE... it has what I was looking for. As does the /proc directory..

Thanks guys!
