System Programming Courses

I am looking for a system programming course, or something of that manner. It needs to be in Europe, should last up to one month.
I see Linux Foundation and other courses that take a few days max, that seems like I'd just get bombarded by information... I need some program where we can practice a bit, do project or something.
Any ideas?

I don't know what sort of "community college system" exists in (your part of) Europe, but I would look there first.

I've taught systems programming courses, 15 weeks long, at community colleges before, to a full-house each time. The demand was very high, and the tuition very low. (And "I put 'em through the wringer, too!")
