System freeze, hard disk problem?

Hello all,

When saving or deleting a file of my /home partition. I sometimes get the following problem: the delete window hangs, and other windows stops being responsive (after around 30 seconds). Keyboard is also out at some point. But mouse and sound (on amarok) is still working. crtl + others is not working since no keyboard (around 30 seconds after 'deleting').
So when restarting (reset is needed), i get several 'Trans replayed' on my partition. When back in kde, everything is back to normal and the file is deleted (or saved).

Any ideas on what's happening?
