Synchronizing ARB = crash

Ok.. now I'm on day 5 with still no running kernel on the server I'm trying to install...
I'm close to paying $10.000 out of my own pocket for licensing Win2k... lol
Then the pain will go away..

When the boot stops at Synchonizing ARB is that because of the graphics card?

And do any1 know if there are any prebuild kernels out there with support for Advanced Routing and Quota system?

I'm now ready to give up everything else just for those services..
