Synchronising two copies of one lot of files

On a rainy day when I had nothing better to do, I ripped my entire CD collection to Oggs. 3GB later. . .

Then I wanted to listen to them at work as well, and I've got this 40GB USB hard drive, so that was easy enough.

But now I've bought some more CDs & ripped them, my work collection is a bit out of sync. I'm sure a utility exists that can copy the new files over while skipping the files that already exist, but I'm not sure what it is.

Rsync doesn't seem to be quite what I want, so suggestions, please. I'd really hate to try & do it manuallly. . .

Well I would assume there was a significant number of days between the copies.. just do a simple find and cp command based on the date of the files..

I dunno. That seems so lowbrow

In fact, I just never quite got around to learning the syntax for "find" commands. Hey ho, I suppose it's about time I did. . .

Cheers!
