Question SVN : - some mails are coming in plain format (html coding) & some in html format

I have set the post-commit script on our SVN server, I am using "svnnotify" to get the mails in colored html format but some mails are coming in html format & some are in text (html coding).

If I try to send the mail manually from the server I get the same mail in html colored format.

Can anybody suggest what needs to be done ?

post-commit code: -

/usr/local/bin/svnnotify --repos-path "$1" --revision "$2" --to mail_id --handler HTML::ColorDiff --svnlook /usr/bin/svnlook -D domain.com -O --subject-prefix "[SVN] - [https://domain.com/repos/repo_name] - [$dirarr] - " --max-sub-length 100
