SuSEconfig

The following command is for SUSE linux.
SuSEconfig

Is it a UNIX command?
If it is a UNIX command, Fedora should have 'Fedoraconfig' and
Mandriva should have 'Mandrivaconfig' too.

It is a UNIX command used to configure stuff on SUSE. Its a SUSE specific command so other distros probably have no need for it and thats why similar commands may not exist on other distros.
