SuSe and Redhat IO command simliar to cat /proc/cpuinfo?

Hi,

I am trying to see if there is a command to find IO information such as IO Bus Speeds/HBA/Targets/LUNs that is similiar to cat /proc/cpuinfo for CPU related stuff. I am running SuSe and Redhat.

Thanks.

iostat is a good start for io measurements

/proc/scsi/<hba> has information for SCSI adapters

Typing "man proc" will give you details on the various pieces of information you can get out of proc.

No problem.

Thanks for the feedback - many newbies never post follow ups so you always wonder if they abducted by aliens after the initial post.
