Survey on Open office and Ms.Office

Hi ! Linux user group
I would like to migrate all Ms.office 2000 users to use open office.
Anybody can suggest a better way to do that.

What I have in mind is to provide an end user suvey on the existing problems they encounter when using Ms.office 2000/98.
Then provide solution using open office.

I need help to draft a survey. Can anybody provide or suggestion me the suvey questions.

OBJECTIVE :
The objective is to know what are the problems or issues encountered by the existing Ms.office 2000 / 98 users. (in using word, excel, access and power point)

SOLUTION:
To recommend open office as a solution. This is done with end users problems in mind. Implementation via in house training by MIS dept.

QUESTIONS:

Need your suggestion and input ?

Thanks

P/S : Hope this survey would benefit all linux users who would like to implement in Ms.office environment. My later project (survey) will be similar but is to migrate all window user to linux. Too many resistant from window users. Need to do it professionally.

Probably also worth pointing out that when putting MSO2K docs in OO.o, some reformartting may be required. When returning the docs, no reformatting is required. As has been pointed out before, Microsoft doesn't play well with others!
