supermount vs. automount
 

Hello!

I don't know a difference between these two 'automounters'.
Can anyone tell me?

Is one of them 'better'?

Supermount just enables the filesystems on removable media to be automatically mounted when inserted whereas automount is for automounting filesystems on harddisks.

But i'm using automount to automatically mount my zip drive!
then i guess supermount is better for automatically mounting (local) removable media, and automount/autofs for mounting remote filesystems!?

please correct me if i am wrong.
