suggestion for distro for my old gateway 9100 solo

any suggestions for distros that would run decently on a laptop with 233mhz pentium mmx, 192mb ram, 2gb hard drive. preferably one that would support my wireless network card because the main purpose of this laptop is for web browsing and communications. i don't want an os that hogs ram and hd like windows or a beefy software packed linux distro. just something simple that will run off the hd.
thanks. your time and help are appreciated

I just installed VectorLinux Standard into similar laptop (less RAM though). Works great.

vector should work well on something with low specs. However you could also give DSL a try. It is designed to run off a cd but can still be installed on a harddrive and it doesnt have many of the excess features that many other distros have. One of the main ways this is accomplished is by using kernel 2.4 instead of 2.6 which has a much larger memory footprint.
