sudo doesn't work

I did a chmod on my /usr/bin/* as root (and later read that I must not do that), now my sudo <cmd> gives me a 'sudo: must be setuid root'

Would appreciate some help fixing this. Thank you.

And how did the chmod affect this? (Is it because I chmod-ed the /usr/bin/chmod?)

It's probably because sudo's permissions should be something like
Quote:
-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 90K 2006-10-09 14:37 /usr/bin/sudo
Note the "s". That's "set user or group ID on execution" bit:
Code:
chmod +s .....
