Strange problems after compiling kernel (SuSE 9.1)

I compiled SuSE 9.1 kernel (2.6.4-52) because it was needed to get ATI Radeon 9600 Pro work in 3D accelerated mode. Anyway.. now I'm getting this kind of message on boot:
Code:
subfs: version magic '2.6.4-52-default 586 REGPARM gcc-3.3' should be '2.6.4-52-default 586 gcc-3.3'
This is what I've changed in kernel:

Code:
loadable module support --> loadable module support, module unloading, automatic kernel module = M
processor type and feature --> register of argument = N, MTRR = Y
character devices --> /dev/agpgart = M, select only your chipset = M, DRM = N
kernel hacking --- kernel debugging = N
