Stopping Sendmail & Apache at startp

I have RedHat 7.0 (server installation) installed. Both sendmail and apache are started automatically at boot time. I would like to start them manually when I need them. What do I need to do to stop them from being started at startup.

Many thanks

chkconfig httpd off
chkconfig sendmail off

Reboot and run chkconfig --list to make sure there turned off in run levels 3 and 5

Then to restart them use:
service httpd start
service sendmail start
