What is a program called that translates a ms program to one that Linux can use? I think that is likely the problem. I have a few mp3 players now mrobe, lyra, diamond (due to my dumpster diving habit) and can't get any to work off linux. They worked when this laptop was running ms. I know the store data fine cause iv'e saves text on them, I have all the necessary cables, disks, etc.
