Start several cs-severs on same ip with diff. ports

I have a Problem. I Can't Start More Than One CS-Server on my machine using RH7.3
The Computer is Setup With a Static IP: 192.168.0.12 And I'm Testing The Servers Through WinXP Prof. Using HL1.1.1.0 and CS1.5

My Commandline is:
./hlds_run -game cstrike +exec server.cfg +ip 192.168.0.12 +port 27015 +sv_lan 1 -nomaster +maxplayers 16 +map de_aztec

When I Use The Commandline Above, the Server Starts, But I Can't See It On The "Client" Machine

If I Remove The IP Part, The Server Starts and I Can See It In CS.
When Playing on The Server (Without The IP Part) I Used The Console And Typed Status, There It said That My Server IP was 127.0.0.1 But If I Used "Server Info" In "Play On Lan" It says 192.168.0.12
Why?

To Start More Than One Server, I tried to change The Port number to 27045. Both Servers startup, But I Can Only See One of Them! Why?
