SSH and RSYNC problem


Why doesn't this work. What simple thing am i missing?

[root@localhost me]# rsync -e ssh -auvn 213.232.xxxxxx::test/ /home/me/tmp
Enter passphrase for key '/root/.ssh/id_rsa':

@ERROR: auth failed on module test
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (88 bytes read so far)


Contents of rsyncd.conf
QUOTE

I also had trouble using the :: module thingy. Even when changing the rsyncd.conf to look like every other sample on the web.

I finally just settled for this method which works very nicely.

rsync -avz --delete-after -e ssh /mnt/win/* root@remote:/mnt/win

Like you, i tried all the samples on the web but no luck, been driving me nuts for days trying to figure out why.
