LinuxQuestions.org - Squid not allowing FTP access

So I managed to set up a Squid proxy serving up a proxy.pac file for my domain and logging traffic with Sarg. The only issue is that when a user tries to go to an FTP site, it freaks out and we get:

An FTP protocol error occurred while trying to retrieve the URL: ftp://ftpserverURLhere.whatever

Squid sent the following FTP command:

Connect to server data portThe server responded with:

Your cache administrator is root.

It's not exactly denying access, that's a different message.
