Question squid.conf... need help!

Hi!

I tried "acl nointernet src 1.2.3.4" in squid.conf but still 1.2.3.4 can browse?

Also made "acl blocked url_regex "/etc/squid/blocked" " and created the blocked list in /etc/squid/blocked but nothing happens?

before I use the Squid RPM in RH8 and it worked. Now, Im using Fedora and the Squid RPM with it and it doesn't work.

HELP! HELP! HELP!
