squid always direct and deny from cache

I've installed Squid Version 2.5.STABLE9 on Debian

Is it correct this entry at squid.conf ?
acl intranet dstdomain
always_direct allow intranet
no_cache deny intranet
to forward always direct and deny from cache ?
