Software raid and snmp


Hi guys.

I have been researching if one could monitor the software raid with snmp. What I have found is that it cant be done, and use the mdadm monitor to send an email if the raid fail.

Is that right or is there a way to monitor it with snmp?

There are some options mdraid snmp.
