Simulating remote syslogging

Suppose i write a program whose errors I log them in some file: /usr/my_program/errors.log.

How can I make this logfile available to a remote server in a similar way like "syslog -r" works? - i.e. the logfile "grows" at the remote server such that I will have something like a mirror image of the logfile on the remote server?

Is this possible, or is it rocket science??

Thanks in advance...
..Ganninu
