Yes. The sprintf() function can take any number of strings, integers, or floating point numbers as parameters. As far as I know it is the same as the C sprintf() function, which is used everywhere else too.

No problem. But do read up a little on printf() and sprintf(). The usual way is to use it to as a formatting template and then pass data to that template. A %d would hold the place for an integer, %02.4f would hold the place for a floating point number with four digits after the decimal, and %s would hold the place for a string.
