Share a remote folder through linux server

I have a server running RH9 and a Windows XP Pro computer. Is there any way I can ftp a folder that is on the windows computer through my linux server using samba?

FTP and SMB (which Samba Uses) are two entirely different protocols, so I find your question a little bit confusing. Samba will allow you to share directories from your Linux machine just as if it were a Windows machine, and that includes transferring files to or from the directories you share.

Yes I realize that Samba and FTP are two different things I was just saying that my windows computer has a samba share and I wanted to use the FTP server on my linux machine to serve it over the internet. Anyway I just ended up installing an FTP server on my Windows machine thanks for your help. Sorry, my question was confusing

Thanks,
