Severn and kernel 2.6-test1
Hi,
Yesterday I installed severn on my hp omnibook 6000. I also installed the 2.6 kernel RPMS on redhat's site. The laptop booted up fine, until I got to starting X. X would not start because of an invalid pointer device. Looking at the log, it was saying that /dev/psaux doesn't exist, and is not valid. Also the console mouse services failed to start, so it seems to be a general problem with the mouse, not just X.
Any suggestions to fix this or for places to look for more information would be appreciated.
Thanks,
kevin
