setting logrotate weekly day

Hi
logrotate runs by cron.daily. However, the logrotate configuration includes the "weekly" directive which causes it eventually to run only once a week - on Sundays.
Is there a way to cause it to run on a different day once a week?
Thanks
~Amichai

Remove the cron.weekly script out of its default location and manually configure a cron job to execute it.
