Server Hardware
 

So, I need to build a server, but it has been a while since I have done this. Usually, I grab the fastest PC I have and I am good to go, but now I need a solid server.

I am looking into a dual processor xeon in the 3 Ghz Range, with 2 GB of RAM and a solid raid card which is all supported by Fedora 2/3.

What do you all recommend?

What server (branded, out of the box) people
recommend, what motherboard, raid-card and
case you could be looking at to roll your
own, ... ?

That is what I was hoping for. What motherboards and Raid cards have people used. Sorry if I was not clear
