Which line in sendmail.cf or sendmail.mc makes sure that old mails in the mailq gets erased after a couple of days?

Because right now i have some mails of over a month old in the mailq.

# sendmail -bp

That will print a list of the mail queue. Then you do manually remove the ones you want:

# cd /var/spool/mqueue
# rm <insert your file name here>

Im already doing that, but it should be possible with an option in sendmail.cf to remove those mails older than X days.

I'm giving up on sendmail; I'm moving to the better talked about postfix; Good luck on your endeavors;
