Question scp file from a linux box to a windows box?

I have been looking for the command or scp command to copy a file to a windows box from my linux machine. I tried this:

scp filename me@windowbox:

Is there a way to do this? I already have tried Winscp, but I wanted to know if there is a command to do this instead of using Winscp.

Thanks

Just install cygwin on the windows box. That'll give you a *nix environment (including command line commands) that you can use in windows.
