[SOLVED] scientific Linux 6.7 bash script

Hello all.
Could anyone offer guidance on how I would be able to run a bash script using the !%/bin/bash method that also takes multiple command line parameters?

I apologize if my description may not be entirely correct. I'm new to Linux and seeking examples in order to better myself.
