Samba with ldap support with back-sql


Hello Friends,
I have configured samba with ldap authentication, Please give me your valuable sugessions ...

how do i take the backup of ldap structure ?
can we use mysql running at back of ldap ?

Please guide me what is the ideal scenario of making a PDC in linux which could handle large environment of more than 600 windows box.
