Samba question about other servers

I have two servers on the network. Server A and Server B. I can connect to both servers from my win2k machine via Samba.

I want to be able to send a file from Server A to Server B without having to do it from my win2k machine. I dont want to use ftp either. Is there a way to use some type of samba client. I heard of and tried smbclient. Not sure if it works and if its what I want.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

smbclient is a text mode Samba client. Its syntax:
smbclient //SERVER/SHARE
Interface similar to the one from ftp.
