Running mozilla

Hi,

Accordin to the documentation it tells you to run mozilla by cd into the directory and type ./mozilla. But i want to run mozilla by simply typing mozilla at the prompt. I tried linking it but it says there are too many link levels or something. I tried making a shell script. It ran mozilla but all my settings are not tehere. E.g. theme, it loaded up the old ugly classic theme, but i set it to modern. A

What to do?

add the directory that contains the mozilla executable (the directory in which you go ./mozilla) into your PATH variable. Your PATH variable can be set in different ways depending on your distro. In SuSE 7.3 you can use YaST1 to edit your path variable. In RedHat I think you have to edit the /home/yourusername/.bashrc file

good luck

ahh rite, thnx.

In fact, i fixed the not-showing-settings error. It was my fault. It actually loads difffernt things depending on who runs them. SO my script still works
