Unhappy RPM Upgrade (glibc-common)

I am trying to upgrade my glibc-common on my Red Hat 7.2 server, which in turn will allow me to upgrade another rpm. When I run "rpm -UvH glibc-common-2.2.4-32.i386.rpm" , I get some circular msg which indicates that it requires glibc-common-2.2.4-13. Now this glibc-common-2.2.4-13 version is already installed. When I try using the following command: "rpm -UvH glibc-common-2.2.4-13.i386.rpm glibc-common-2.2.4-32.i386.rpm" , I still get the same error in regards to the dependency. At this point I am still reading various books and Internet resources to see if this problem of mine can be resolve. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me . Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you! In advance for your assistance.

Put both files together in the same directory and try it like this:

rpm -ivh glibc-common-2.2.4-13.i386.rpm glibc-common-2.2.4-32.i386.rpm
or
rpm -ivh *.rpm

Thank you! For the suggestion. Did try but got the following error msg: "file /usr/share/i18n/charmaps/....conflicts between attempted installs of glibc-common-2.2.4-32 and glibc-common-2.2.4-13. Looking into the "apt". Do you know if this is any good? Again, thank you for your time on this matter.
