Router Interface for Gentoo

I am already running a gentoo server. Here lately, my router has really started to make me mad, so I want to use my server as a router also. My question is... since its already running apache2, mysql, php and all the neat web servers...... are there any applications that can be installed on gentoo that will control Iptables and all other routing services via a web interface? I know smoothwall and other distributions have such an interface, but they only work on those specific distributions. Is there anything like that that will work with gentoo?

Thanks, and hope you can follow what I’m trying to ask.

I don't have X installed on that machine...in fact, i don't even have a monitor or keyboard on it. I was looking for something more along of the lines of an HTTP interface like an actual hardware router or a distrobution like smoothwall has.

How about webmin with an iptables module added on?

Or get a better router if you don't want to take the time to sort out a software solution. They're pretty cheap these days.
